Mr. Linebach assists clients with environmental compliance audits and resolving the findings these audits may reveal. He assists clients with SARA Title III Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) and Tier II reporting, emergency response planning, Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) planning, developing best management practices plans required by stormwater and wastewater permits, Toxic Substances Control Act reporting, hazardous waste compliance and Hazardous Material Regulation DOT training. He also assists facilities with environmental permitting, auditing, planning and training projects as may be required for air emissions, stormwater discharges, wastewater discharges and the ISO 14001 environmental management system.

Additionally, Mr. Linebach supports field operations associated with site investigations, remedial action projects, and brownfields redevelopment. He provides assistance on acquisition/divestiture property assessments, environmental site investigations and regulatory compliance activities at industrial facilities.

 

Mr. Linebach has a Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Kentucky and is a Licensed Asbestos Inspector in Kentucky and Indiana.
