Mr. Linebach is a Co-Founder of LFI, has over 30 years of experience, and provides senior leadership and direction on environmental assessment, compliance, and auditing projects.

His experience covers a variety of areas including: hazardous waste and hazardous materials management, environmental management systems, regulatory compliance, environmental auditing of landfills, waste management operations, and industrial facilities, and assessment of contaminated properties.

He has worked in a wide range of regulatory arenas including RCRA, CERCLA, UST, SPCC, SARA Title III, NPDES, TSCA, and OSHA, as well as various state programs. He has also been heavily involved in environmental health and safety, personnel training, and evaluating and managing indoor environmental issues such as asbestos and mold.

Mr. Linebach has a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health Science from Eastern Kentucky University and is a Master Level Certified Hazardous Materials Manager.
