Russell H. Brooks, P.E., P.G.
Mr. Brooks provides project management, leadership, and direction for environmental assessment and remediation projects.
He has over 20 years of experience in assessing and remediating petroleum contaminated soils and groundwater associated with USTs and RCRA facilities in numerous states across the country.
Mr. Brooks is an experienced Project Manager with skill sets that have included developing cost-effective project estimates and completing UST related closures, assessments, and corrective actions, while serving as the liaison between the client and pertinent regulatory agencies.
He also has experience with geophysical testing, aquifer testing, and multi-phase site assessments conducted under RCRA, CERCLA, and state voluntary cleanup programs.
Prior to joining LFI, Mr. Brooks was an Environmental Engineer with a national environmental consulting firm. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Geological Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla, and is a registered Professional Geologist in KY, MO and PA and is a Licensed Engineer in KY and MO.
