Mr. Rice’s experience includes conducting Phase I and Phase II ESAs of residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural properties throughout the United States. Mr. Rice is a licensed Asbestos Inspector in Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, and West Virginia. Mr. Rice performs mold inspections and moisture mapping of areas exhibiting water intrusion. Mr. Rice supports other field operations pertaining to regulatory compliance activities, acquisition / divestiture property assessments, vapor assessments, soil and groundwater sampling, stormwater monitoring, and surface water sampling.

Mr. Rice has a Bachelor’s degree in Geoscience from Cedarville University.
