William P. Harshaw, P.E. 

Mr. Harshaw has over 20 years of industrial and consulting experience.

Prior to working at LFI, he led air, waste, and water compliance programs for an international consulting firm. He has managed and conducted numerous air and water projects, ranging from compliance audits, permitting, sampling, and modeling, to the negotiation of permit terms and conditions.

He possesses in-depth knowledge of Title V permitting requirements, MACT standards, the PSD/NSR process, SPCC regulations, and NPDES requirements. Mr. Harshaw has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University and a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Villanova University and is a registered Professional Engineer in Kentucky.
